Nudge was designed as a part of the final project for my COMM 12 class. Split into groups, we were asked to brainstorm and come up with an innovation that would help us in our daily lives as college students.
We were encouraged to implement the Design Thinking Process in our project. We presented our innovation to the class at the end of the quarter, earning a spot in the top three.

As college students, we struggle to stay organized with meetings and tasks. We try to use our google calendar, but everyone uses different apps because of different preferences, which can lead to many students feeling disordered.

An app that is compatible across all your devices. With a simple download of the app on your phone, as well as a browser extension on your laptop or ipad, you can easily organize and your assignments, tasks, and events.

This current prototype for Nudge can be improved by adding functionality for creating an account, as well as adding more features for the app, such as reminders 5 hours before a task is due.
Overall, the way the app is designed makes it extremely simple and easy to use for people of all ages and backgrounds. By having the nudge extension on your laptop and having the nudge app on your phone, it allows for a seamless cross platform experience.
